Some people celebrate World Coffee Day with an extra shot. We celebrated it with a Pilates class. On October 1, Vendit teamed up with Flare Fitness in Sabah Al Salem and Rawdatain Cold Brew for an espresso-themed Pilates session, and it might be the most stylish workout we've ever been part of.
A workout with a little extra roast
The class kicked off at 5 PM with an espresso-inspired Pilates session. Think controlled moves, steady breathing, and that "I can feel every muscle" burn, with a coffee twist on the whole experience. It was a reminder that wellness doesn't have to be serious all the time. Sometimes it can be fun, social, and a little bit extra.
